Keto Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1/3 cup almond flour
2oz. cream cheese

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk eggs until bubbles form.
Add in cream cheese and whisk.
Then fold in almond flour and stir to combine.
Use 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake and cook the pancakes for 1 minute per side.
